How long will it take?

It all depends on your floor plan. To build a quality custom home, it can take anywhere between 4 and 16 months. The larger the floor plan, the longer it will take … but it’s worth the wait.

Will I have to find an architect?

We want to make building you new home as simple as possible. We will make arrangements for you to meet with an architect who will take the time to listen to your needs and who will design a home around your vision.

Where can I build my home?

Though we specialize in waterfront homes, Chesapeake Bay Homes will build your new house anywhere you like in Maryland or Delaware and, if you don’t already own property, we will connect you with a professional who will help you acquire the right property on witch to build.
